Collection: Alla Prima paintings (painted on location in one session)

In Italian, the term "alla prima" means "at first attempt". In other words, the paintings are completed in a single session, on location, without further layers or refinements in the studio.

They are offered as is, as painted on location in one session. 

Given that there are fewer hours involved in their creation, these paintings are offered as a more affordable, budget friendly line, significantly discounted from paintings offered in the other collections.

Paintings labeled Day 55 through Day 100 are "the other 46" - the 46 paintings that continue the 54 Falmouth Beach Paintings in 54 Days Project through to 100 days.  The 100 days were April 1 through July 9, 2021.
